Release updates

Quality is our commitment

In this 2019.4 release of the Petrel and Studio platforms, we have focused on improving the quality of the platforms and are delivering a number of bug fixes. This includes important fixes to well transfer behavior from the Studio platform to the Petrel platform and the deletion of orphan template folders. A full list of fixes can be found in the Petrel platform release notes which are available on the Software Download Center.

Guru

Within the Petrel Guru Content Manager, the functionality to download projects from the cloud has been removed. Petrel Guru content and projects, for both future and past releases, are now available for download from the Software Download Center. Please refer to the Petrel Guru Content Manager Release Notes for more information on this change.

Petrel and Studio 2019.4 are available in the DELFI cognitive E&P environment as part of the Petrotechnical Suite. Advantages include
