Petrel Guru is a workflow-centric guidance module that improves decision-making processes by integrating a complete suite of guidance tools within the Petrel E&P software platform. Providing access to content for all major Petrel platform domains, processes, and workflows (from basic to advanced), Petrel Guru offers continuous guidance through a combination of video tutorials, methodologies, and workflows—whenever you need it.
Petrel Guru 2014.2 has introduced improvements to the text input recognition in Guided Workflows. The content manager now has the ability to provide username and password credentials when attempting to connect to the Petrel Guru content service behind a proxy. To improve compatibility, the change log is now in the MM/DD/YYYY date format regardless of the computer’s regional setting. A number of defects, identified in Petrel Guru 2014.1, have also been addressed.
