FORGAS performs deliverability forecasting and development scheduling for oil and gas gathering systems and gas injection systems. FORGAS models reservoir pressure decline, multiphase wellbore and pipeline pressure and temperature losses, and field facility performance in a single integrated tool to enable users to quickly determine the long-term ramifications of different development strategies.
With this release, Schlumberger has further enhanced the reservoir modeling capabilities of FORGAS to enable engineers to optimize oil and gas production systems and gas injection systems from the reservoir to the sales point.
