The Techlog platform offers a tightly integrated environment to process your wellbore data and deliver results.

Release details

Techlog 2017.1 is the product of over 60,000 man-hours of development and testing, resulting in a truly leading wellbore platform that is faster, more usable, and more stable than ever before.

Usability and performance have been a major focus for 2017, with an improved user interface for project management, a new graphical zonation tool and zone manager, as well as a trend line object that can be applied across multiple wells.

Production Logging has been updated to include a new log simulator powered by OLGA and an enhanced array tool workflow supporting tools from all service companies. Pore Pressure Prediction has been revamped with a new interface and several new functionalities, and users of Wellbore Stability now have access to new sanding analysis and anisotropic Geomechanics workflows without the need for additional licenses.

Commitment to quality

As part of our ongoing commitment to standardization and quality of service, the Techlog platform commenced delivery of a regular structured update process. At least one minor release delivers new features and improvements in stability, performance, and reliability. This efficient and predictable access to new capabilities and quality focus will continue, allowing you to proactively plan your deployment procedure.

Suitable for

The Techlog wellbore platform brings benefits to all geoscientists and engineers, including petrophysicists, geologists, reservoir engineers, drilling engineers, and operation geologists. It can be deployed by companies working in exploration, development, or production for unconventional and conventional reservoirs.
