Techlog 2016.1 brings alignment and adherence to standards in units, families and assignment rules. The user experience has also been improved with efficiency to swap data among existing displays, and tabs to aid working on multiple screens.
There are new workflows for mud logging, wellsite geology and production logging, with key functionalities in processing production data, depth shifting, and lithology management. Petrophysical capabilities have been strengthened with new time-lapse analysis and a transient artefact reduction algorithm (TARA) for forward modelling in the 3D Petrophysics module. In addition, Techlog 2016.1 is preparing for the future with a new workflow engine.
Finally, the Techlog platform will continue to see new technology delivered throughout 2016 with seven new suites of technology from Schlumberger’s acquisition segments. These will bring processing, interpretation and automation to enable efficient and innovative workflows.
