Aparna Raman is the president of Schlumberger’s Reservoir Performance Division. She is based in Paris and responsible for the service quality, service delivery, engineering, operations, manufacturing, capital planning, talent management, and R&D related to this division.

Previously, Aparna held a variety of senior positions within Schlumberger internationally, including president of completions, vice president for North America land in completions, vice president of North America land for OneStim integrated completions services, general manager and managing director for Schlumberger in Australasia, vice president of Asia Pacific for well services, and director of companies in Indonesia.

Aparna holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked extensively in the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, US and Canada land, Europe and Africa, Asia, and Australia and has spent time in corporate roles of human resources, technology, and business processes. She joined Schlumberger as a field engineer in 1996.
