COVID-19 Protocol

The COVID-19 Protocol for the Schlumberger Digital Forum 2022 meets Swiss public health requirements and is designed to help ensure all attendees and participants stay safe at all times during the event.

COVID-19 still presents a significant risk to health, especially to those with certain health conditions and those who are not up-to-date with vaccinations, therefore it is important that you follow these control measures. 

Only attend the Digital Forum if:

  1. 1. You have no symptoms consistent with COVID-19 
  2. 2. Your COVID-19 vaccine status is up to date in line with national guidance 

Please also review the COVID-19 related information at the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) prior to your travel departure.

Summary of controls: 

  • Antigen testing kits will be available as required from the Schlumberger HSE team 
  • Masks and sanitizers will be available on request 
  • First aid and emergency medical response will be provided on site 
  • Specialist care and medical assistance will be provided by arrangement through the Schlumberger Medical Advisor at point of escalation 
  • Constant fresh air intake to the venue auditorium to allow for optimal air quality 

If you feel unwell:

  • Contact Schlumberger HSE and medical support team—available on site
  • In the event of a medical emergency please dial 112 or 144 and then notify Schlumberger HSE team
