  • The CCC portal will be unavailable however the support requests can still be made via phone and any requests made by email will be addressed by the agents once they have regained access to CCC.
  • The maintenance is expected to complete in two hours, with an additional two-hour contingency period allocated for addressing any unforeseen issues.
• What will happen post-maintenance?
  
  • The CCC url: https://www.customercarecenter.slb.com will work as usual.
