Request Demo Access

The applying person is granted access to the website www.wellbarrier.com’s proprietary demo site as part of an evaluation of the Wellbarrier Illustration Tool for preparation of well barrier illustrations, governed by the following conditions:

• This agreement is solely for use by the applying User.

• The access for demo purposes is limited to 7 calendar days.

• The User will treat username and password with strict confidentiality and will not share this with any other person.

• The tool is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. Wellbarrier makes no representation or warranties regarding the use or performance of the Wellbarrier Illustration Tool.

• The User is only allowed to prepare and extract documents from the Wellbarrier Illustration Tool for the sole purpose of testing out the functionality of the tool.

• The tool shall not be used for actual well planning purposes without a formal subscription agreement in place.

• The use of produced material for inclusion in any presentations and documents, other than for the purpose of presenting the results of the evaluation is NOT allowed.

• Illustrations from the Wellbarrier Illustration Tool shall not be presented or reproduced with any logo other than WELLBARRIER’s demo-logo.

• The information obtained during the testing of the tool shall not be communicated to any third party.

• Use or forwarding of information for any well operation, copying or commercial purpose is strictly forbidden.

• It is not allowed to download major selections of well barrier illustrations for the purpose of creating a collection of illustrations.

• The User will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the tool, including but not limited to data transmission, storage,processing, privacy, security, data residency, import/export controls, and international sanctions. The User will not allow access, use of, or ingestion of data to the Tool by users

  1. from Cuba, North Korea, North Sudan, Syria, Iran or other countries that are subject to United States, United Nations, European Union or similar trade sanctions/embargoes; or

  2. in a manner which would breach any countries data residency laws or regulations,by any means whatsoever.

• The User’s violation of applicable export or trade control regulations will result in the immediate suspension of its rights under the Agreement.  The exportation to or use in Cuba, North Korea, North Sudan, Syria, Iran or other countries that are subject to United States, United Nations, European Union or similar trade sanctions or embargoes is prohibited.

• The User will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wellbarrier from and against all losses incurred in connection with any claim, suit, action or proceeding that arises out of or relates to the use of the Tool

• Wellbarrier’s aggregate liability limit to the User whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Agreement shall be limited to US$ 100. Nothing in this article shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited at law. The User will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Wellbarrier of and from any loss, cost, damage or expense, including third party claims and attorney’s fees, above Wellbarrier’s limit of liability

• The User is aware that the website traffic is monitored to protect Wellbarrier’s proprietary rights.

• Violation of this agreement may be legally pursued.
