The GeoX 6.1 service pack introduces the Schlumberger licensing format. GeoX software will continue to function under both the old license format and the new format. The new license format will be supported on the Schlumberger FlexNet Publisher vendor daemon. The old license format will continue to work only on the GeoKnowledge vendor daemon.
Support for the new license format has been introduced in GeoX 5.8.7.2186, GeoX 6.0.0.2890 and GeoX 6.1.0.1149.
