GeoX 2018.2 Now Available

The GeoX exploration risk, resource, and value assessment software is an easy-to-use, scalable solution for exploration projects and portfolios. It enables you to perform stochastic modeling with consistent, unbiased, and accurate assessments in any risk scenario. Optimal exploration decisions are provided through a common database, where you can share data across projects and disciplines. Effectively manage your exploration portfolio through an integrated value assessment and map-based play-to-prospect assessment workflows.
GeoX Prospect—entitlement batch update
You can use this option to update and report your prospect and exploration portfolio net-resource potential. This new option enables you to search and filter analyses inconsistent with the latest updates of your license information in the GeoX software. You can also run an update of all prospect analyses, or a selected segment, in your GeoX software database. This either updates the current analysis or creates a new analysis with the updated license information, and then calculates and saves the analysis in one batch job.
GeoX 2018.2 webserver
The webserver for Spatial Portfolio Reporting workflows with Petrel Exploration Geology and the GeoX ESRI plug-in, licensed with GeoX Spatial or GeoX Discovery, now supports the Oracle database.
DELFI environment
In Europe and North America, GeoX 2018 is available also in the DELFI cognitive E&P environment as part of the Petrotechnical Suite. The DELFI environment is a secure, data-centric, cloud-based environment that unites planning and operations and enables team members to build common workspaces for data, models, and interpretations while respecting proprietary information boundaries. GeoX software in the DELFI environment is accessible through a personalized workspace, defined by a named-user profile that always provides the necessary technology, projects, data, computing power, and collaboration space to accomplish jobs with maximum efficiency.
